I have a wonderful opportunity to volunteer as a photographer to provide a session to one family in need that may not be able to otherwise afford family pictures. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My name is Janelle Andersen and I’m 24 years old. I’m married to a wonderful man and we are making our way in this world. I’m originally from Washington, but moved out here for school. I graduated in 2012, but am here for a little longer until my husband graduates. I enjoy hiking, camping, photography, and reading. My TV loves are ‘Castle’ & ‘NCIS’.
How did you get into photography?
My junior year of highschool I decided to take the Yearbook class. From there my passion for photography grew. I was voted in as editor my senior year and I enjoyed it immensely, from covering football games and theater, to designing pages and working with groups.
