Cluff Family {Vancouver, WA Photographer}

I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family while I was home in Washington for a wedding & to visit family. I used to babysit these kids that are all grown up now, one on a mission too!

Thank you Cluff Family!

Holly & Ryan {Vancouver Wedding Photography}

Last month I got to photograph this lovely bride and groom. It was a very warm day, but it was so beautiful! It wasn’t until I got to the wedding that I realized I knew the groom’s brother AND the bride’s sister. It ends up being a small world after all. Holly’s mom made her gorgeous bridal gown, I can’t imagine how much work went into it. Their ceremony was sweet and simple, surrounded by close family and friends. Thank You Holly & Ryan for choosing me as your photographer, I wish you all the best!

Cheney Family {Vancouver, WA Family Photography}

It is not often that I get the opportunity to spend time with all of my siblings in one place. The last time we were all together was for weddings in 2011. I have such an amazing and loving family who are so supportive and I just love them! We had a great time at Rainier, and had a beautiful location at the lodge for our family pictures!

Allyn Family, 2013

These three ladies were my first family session of the new year! I had a great time seeing my former high school teacher & friend, Toni, and meeting her beautiful girls.  Even the girls’ cousin joined us for a few ‘cousin’ pictures (last picture in the post). Toni has always been a great supporter of my photography and encouraging me to pursue it, I am so grateful for her kind words throughout the years in all forms! She was & remains a wonderful teacher.

Toni is also a fellow Photog and is AMAZINGGGG! Her focus is more towards macro and landscape photography, and I love checking out what she is up to. Currently, Toni is working on a 365 project (which reminds me I need to get my butt and gear and catch up on mine!), which you can find here:

Entry for January’s ‘Rock The Shot’ Contest

This was one of my last sessions of 2012 and is still fresh in my mind. It was a rainy day in Washington (what else is new?) and I love how this photograph has an ‘ethereal’ feel to it.

Come like my Facebook Page, Check out my website, and follow my blog!

I’m entering it into a photography contest hosted by Rock The Shot:
